To enroll in Kaiser Permanente health coverage, make changes, or determine your eligibility visit www.eixbenefits.com or call 1-866-MY-EIXHR Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific time, except holidays.
If you experience a qualifying life event, action is required:
30-day window: If you experience a qualifying life event other than birth adoption (e.g., marriage, move, etc.), you must report it to the EIX Benefits Connection within 30 days from the date of the event.
60-day window: If you experience a qualifying life event as the result of a birth or adoption, you must report it to the EIX Benefits Connection within 60 days from the date of the event.
